This giveaway is sponsored by Modern Home Solutions (“Sponsor”).

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a Haven X Series Genesis 120 ft Roofline Lighting Kit. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items. Installation is not included unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must stop by the Modern Home Solutions booth (#401, close to the entrance) at the 2026 Houston Home + Garden Show and complete the official entry form in full.

Required Information:
Entrants must provide the following information to be eligible:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Physical Address

Entrants must also opt in to receive marketing communications from Modern Home Solutions. Incomplete entries or entries without marketing opt-in will be disqualified.

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents 18 years of age or older.

• Entrants must own the residence listed on the entry form. Renters are not eligible.

• Employees of Modern Home Solutions and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

• Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

• The giveaway winner will be announced on June 1, 2026.

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.

• The selected winner must respond to the notification email within a reasonable time period (as determined by Sponsor) to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise.

• By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
